Christine Lehman, Managing Partner of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, focuses on intellectual property disputes and specializes in Section 337 matters before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). Chambers USA ranks Christine among the nation’s most elite ITC litigators for “high-stakes patent trials” and applauds her “knowledge of highly technical patent issues.

Michael Feldberg, head of the firm’s White Collar practice, specializes in the defense of federal criminal and regulatory cases as well as civil litigation. Chambers recognized Feldberg as a leading lawyer in New York for general commercial litigation and white collar crime and government investigation matters. The publication notes that Feldberg is “held in high regard by clients” for his handling of complex, high-value disputes and also offers “notable able criminal defense expertise.” Market commentators praise him as “a very effective lawyer,” adding that he is “efficient, offers good judgment and is a pleasure to work with.”

Chambers USA is compiled by Chambers and Partners, a London-based publisher of guides to the world's leading law firms and lawyers. To compile the 2020 edition, researchers conducted more than 10,000 interviews with attorneys and business leaders from across the U.S. The final list can be viewed here.
