Reichman Jorgensen Welcomes Three New Attorneys

 

Reichman Jorgensen LLP is pleased to welcome three new associates in the firm’s New York and Silicon Valley offices.

Adam Adler is an associate in our Silicon Valley office who joined the firm from Morgan, Lewis, & Bockius. He is a trial attorney and appellate litigator who focuses on intellectual property and technology disputes. Adam clerked for Chief Judge Leonard Stark on the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, a court which has one of the largest patent dockets in the country, as well as Judge Kent Jordan on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He earned his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Journal of Law & Technology and a Features Editor for the Yale Law Journal. He graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. degree in mathematical & computational science and a minor in ethics.

Laura Carwile is an associate in our Silicon Valley office who focuses on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Laura served as an Assistant District Attorney in San Francisco for six years. As a trial attorney for multiple units, she has first-chaired 30 jury trials to verdict and handled more than 1,000 in-court hearings. Laura is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where she received honors in Evidence, Criminal Law, and Corporations. She also served as an editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Gender and was recognized for completing more than 1,000 hours of public interest work in the Harvard Domestic Violence and Family Law Clinic. Laura earned a master’s degree in education from Lehman College and previously worked for Teach for America in Bronx, New York. She has an undergraduate degree in human biology from Stanford University.

Michael Marvin is an associate in our New York office who focuses on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation, including antitrust disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Michael was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. He is a graduate of Columbia Law School, where he was an Articles Editor for the Columbia Law Review. He also served as the Professional Development Chair of Columbia OutLaws, a student organization focused on creating a safe space for LGBTQ+ students at Columbia Law to develop professionally, socially, and academically. Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Chicago, where he graduated with honors.
