Khue Hoang Speaks at PLI’s Advanced Patent Licensing 2022 Conference
Khue Hoang, Co-Managing Partner of Reichman Jorgensen Lehman & Feldberg’s (RJLF) New York office, will participate on the panel “The Latest Developments in Licensing/Litigating Standards-Essential Patents (SEP): Major Implications for Smartphones, Connected Cars, and IoT” at Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) Advanced Patent Licensing 2022 Conference on September 9, 2022.
The panel will discuss recent major legal SEP decisions from around the world, focusing on developments in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. The panelists will cover topics including negotiation behavior, process, dynamics, and implementor and accused infringer obligations, and what constitutes “reasonable” and “non-discriminatory” terms in each sector.
