RJLF Ranks as Top “Ceiling Smasher” in Law360’s Glass Ceiling Report

August 26, 2022 — Law360’s 2022 Glass Ceiling Report: Women in Law features Reichman Jorgensen Lehman & Feldberg (RJLF) among the top three law firm “Ceiling Smashers” for having the highest representation of women equity partners for a U.S. firm of its size. RJLF also ranked among the most gender diverse U.S. firms of its size, according to percentage of female attorneys.

Law360’s Glass Ceiling Report, based on full-time headcount as of December 31, 2021, benchmarks and reports on how female attorneys fare at U.S. law firms. With the industry data showing incremental progress for women from the previous year, RJLF eclipsed industry trends once again and scored among the top 7.9% of all firms—in any size category—that exceeded Law360's benchmarks. Notably, women made up 70% of RJLF’s equity partnership ranks in the survey, and all RJLF women partners are equity partners at the firm.

RJLF entered the market as a trial boutique with an ambition to create a new standard for litigation firms. Focusing on high-stakes commercial, intellectual property, and white collar disputes, the majority women-owned trial firm made gender equity a priority and business imperative. Today, half of the firm’s lawyers are women, 2/3 of the partners are women, and nearly 30% of the lawyers are ethnically diverse. The firm is built on the belief that the country’s most elite talent delivers the best client results in high-stakes litigation.
