Tim Trost Joins RJLF in Silicon Valley

Tim Trost has joined Reichman Jorgensen Lehman & Feldberg as an associate in our Silicon Valley office. Tim is an intellectual property litigator and registered patent attorney with a track record in handling high-stakes litigation across a spectrum of industries from pharmaceuticals to semiconductor chip-design. While primarily a patent attorney, he has experience in a variety of litigation contexts including founder disputes, complex fraud, professional responsibility, and antitrust matters.

Tim brings valuable experience from his time at Morrison & Foerster and Durie Tangri. A former engineer in Germany, Tim worked for a space solar-cell manufacturer and helped produce and certify products that were later used to successfully explore Mars and the icy moons of Jupiter.

He also has an impressive educational background, holding a J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, an M.S. in Materials Science, and a B.S. in Chemistry from the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg in Germany.
