Law360’s 2020 Glass Ceiling Report highlights Reichman Jorgensen as the #1 law firm “Ceiling Smasher” as the firm is recognized for having more women equity partners than any other U.S. firm of its size. The firm also scored as the most gender diverse of all U.S. law firms in any size category, according to percentage of women equity partners.

The Glass Ceiling Report, based on full-time headcount as of December 31, 2019, benchmarks and reports on how female attorneys fare at U.S. law firms. With Reichman Jorgensen topping the chart at 75% of women equity partners, the firm outperformed the runner-up in its size category by more than 25%. Furthermore, Reichman Jorgensen eclipsed industry trends with the data showing minimal progress for women from the previous year, with women representing around 25% of partners and 22% of equity partners, based on all partners at surveyed law firms.

In only two years since the firm launched, Reichman Jorgensen entered the market as a trial boutique with an ambition to create a new standard for litigation firms. Focusing on high-stakes commercial and intellectual property disputes, the majority women-owned trial firm made gender equity a priority and business imperative. Today, half of the firm’s lawyers are women, 2/3 of the partners are women, and nearly 30% of the lawyers are ethnically diverse. The firm is built on the belief that the country’s most elite talent delivers the best client results in high-stakes litigation.
