Christine Lehman, Managing Partner of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, is an accomplished trial lawyer with over 25 years’ experience in intellectual property disputes across a wide array of technical areas. Christine has extensive experience litigating Section 337 patent cases at the ITC and has litigated IP issues in courts across the U.S. as well as coordinated global patent litigation strategy. She served as an investigative attorney at the Office of Unfair Import Investigations early in her career and has appeared in dozens of ITC investigations.
