RJLF Partners Named IP Stars by Managing IP
Reichman Jorgensen Lehman & Feldberg (RJLF) partners Courtland Reichman and Christine Lehman have been recognized as patent IP Stars in Managing IP’s 2022 edition.
Courtland Reichman, Managing Partner of the firm, was recognized nationally and in California as an IP Star. He has over 25 years’ experience as a trial lawyer in high-exposure intellectual property and commercial litigation. Courtland has represented clients in over 100 patent cases. The subject matter of these cases involved a wide variety of technologies, including electrical engineering, software, medical devices, and computer science, among others. He has litigated patent cases in federal courts across the country, and before the International Trade Commission (ITC), where his representation includes one of the largest-ever ITC patent infringement actions. Courtland is also ranked by Benchmark Litigation as a “Top 100” trial lawyer in the U.S. and as a leading patent litigator by Chambers USA, among other awards.
Christine Lehman, Managing Partner of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, was recognized nationally and in D.C. as an IP Star. She is an accomplished trial lawyer with over 25 years’ experience in intellectual property disputes across a wide array of technical areas. Christine has extensive experience litigating Section 337 patent cases at the ITC and has litigated IP issues in courts across the U.S. as well as coordinated global patent litigation strategy. She served as an investigative attorney at the Office of Unfair Import Investigations early in her career and has appeared in dozens of ITC investigations. Christine is also ranked by Benchmark Litigation as a “Litigation Star” in intellectual property litigation as well as a leading ITC patent litigator by Chambers USA, among other accolades.
