RJLF Expands D.C. Team with Three New Litigators

Reichman Jorgensen Lehman & Feldberg (RJLF) announced the expansion of its Washington, D.C. office with the addition of three litigators: Peter Park, Adam Woodward, and Nathaniel Warner. These strategic hires enhance the firm’s high-stakes litigation capabilities, particularly in patent disputes.

Counsel Peter Park joins the firm with over a decade of experience in patent litigation, bringing a proven track record of success in representing technology clients in complex intellectual property disputes. Most recently, Peter was Vice President of IP and Strategic Relations at AST SpaceMobile—a high-tech satellite communications company specializing in direct–to–cell technology. Before that, Peter was the Head of IP Litigation at Analog Devices—a Fortune 500 semiconductor company specializing in data conversion, signal processing, power management, and numerous other specializations. Prior to his corporate career, Peter worked in Big Law as well as boutique firms. Peter received his law degree, with honors, from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law after obtaining his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Adam Woodward, a registered patent attorney, focuses on handling complex intellectual property disputes across an array of intricate technology fields. Leveraging his background in chemical and biomolecular engineering, he represents clients in patents, copyright, and trademark litigation matters. Adam holds a J.D. and an M.A. in Bioethics, both from Emory University. Before law school, Adam earned a B.S. in Engineering from Cornell University, specializing in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. As one of the 10 Kessler Engineering Entrepreneurship Fellows in his class, Adam gained hands-on experience assisting startup technology firms with early legal and technical hurdles, fueling his ongoing passion in this area.

Nathaniel Warner returns to the firm after clerking with the Honorable Fernando M. Olguin in the Central District of California during the 2023-24 term. His practice focuses on complex commercial, criminal, and intellectual property litigation. Nathaniel graduated from Yale Law School where he served as an Articles Editor for the Yale Law & Policy Review and a Symposium Editor for the Yale Journal on Regulation. He was recognized by the school for his outstanding courtroom advocacy skills with the John Fletcher Caskey Prize for best presentation and the John Currier Gallagher Prize for most proficiency in the presentation of a case on final trial. He received his B.A., with honors, from Wesleyan University.
