Christine Lehman Speaks at CAIL Conference on Recent Developments in ITC Litigation
Christine Lehman, Managing Partner of Reichman Jorgensen Lehman & Feldberg’s (RJLF) Washington, D.C. office, will discuss “Recent Developments in 337 Litigation at the ITC” during a presentation at The Center for American and International Law (CAIL) 2021 Conference on Intellectual Property Law. The panel, which takes place on November 9, 2021, will discuss recent changes to staffing at the International Trade Commission (ITC), newly proposed legislation seeking to make changes to the ITC, and recent notable cases.
