Partner Adam Adler Named Finalist for David A. Pierce Award

The National Society of Entertainment and Arts Lawyers (NSEAL) has named partner Adam Adler a finalist for its David A. Pierce Award. This award honors attorneys who go above and beyond to protect artists' rights and creative freedom.

Adam's nomination was a result of his recent groundbreaking work during the past year. He successfully challenged Marvel and DC Comics’ joint trademarks for the term SUPER HERO, freeing it for broader use and marking a rare win in the IP realm. Additionally, Adam helped repeal Blackbeard’s Law, restoring copyright protections for filmmaker Rick Allen’s historical footage.
