At the 2023 Annual American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) Meeting, partner Michael Feldberg will participate on a panel titled Exonerating the Innocent: Advocacy and Ethics on September 21, 2023, at 3pm PST at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in San Diego, California.

This CLE program will focus on highlighting the commendable work being done by Innocence Projects throughout the country and how Fellows can play a pivotal role in rectifying wrongful convictions and exonerating those unjustly imprisoned within the criminal justice system. The distinguished panel will discuss their experiences and delve into the significant ethical and other issues that are crucial to freeing the innocent. The panelists will also include:
