Justin Myers is the Director of Discovery Solutions at Reichman Jorgensen's Silicon Valley Office.  He has been involved in all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (“EDRM”) including helping companies to develop appropriate document retention polices as well as implementing effective, repeatable and defensible discovery strategies.  

Justin is adept at taking complex discovery issues and boiling them down to manageable tasks completed on time and under budget.  He also has extensive experience with numerous operating systems, review platforms (including TAR based systems), collection tools, knowledge management systems and trial presentation platforms.
